Operator Palletizer is responsible for performing and maintaining the daily activities associated with a pelletizing line. This includes safety, housekeeping, quality, upstream and downstream responsibilities, maintaining production efficiencies, repair, packaging finished products, maintenance and minimizing downtime. An Operator reports directly to the department manager.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Work safely and follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Practice continuous improvement and 6S, including site housekeeping.
- Practice proper forklift operation and PM’s
- Meet wired plant and tracking metrics correctly.
- Maintain and build job skills thought training (internal & external) programs.
- Work collaboratively and as part of a team, both within Pelletizer department and Pipe Production
- Troubleshoot process and mechanical problems and offer proactive safe solutions.
- Achieve expectations to meet standard efficiencies and KPI’s.
- Job Skills: This position should possess the following skills/knowledge:

Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Experience:

- Previous Manufacturing experience
- Forklift certification & experience
