Role: Customer Service Representative (‘CSR’)   

Location: Remote

Payrate: $21

Fluent - French/English

The Customer Service Representative (‘CSR’) is a key member of the Order Management Team and provides a solution-based service to our valued customers via phone and online support.  A successful individual will be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and efficiency.  This position requires a highly motivated team player willing to go above and beyond. The role reports to the CSR Supervisor.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

ü  Process customer requests by telephone, email and online systems

ü  Perform order entry accurately with a sense of urgency

ü  Review orders and ensure 100% accuracy

ü  Interface with ADS Team members in Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics to support customer needs

ü  Research and support customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner

ü  Maintain open communication and updates to customers

ü  Provide ADS product information

ü  Notify customers of backorder or possible delays in shipments

ü  Participate in Order Management projects, tasks and CI initiatives

ü  Maintain customer confidentiality

Understand and practice ADS CORE VALUES

Job Skills: This position should possess the following skills / knowledge:

ü  Superb Verbal communication skills in English

ü  Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Outlook and Teams, Oracle….

ü  Data entry accuracy and efficiency

ü  Organizational skills and ability to plan, forecast and pivot in order to meet Order Management needs

ü  Focus, able to stay on task while maintaining priorities

ü  Bilingual (English and French), written and verbal

Educational Requirements:

v High School or equivalent

Preferred Experience or Skills:

v 2-3+ Years of Customer Service in a call centre environment

Physical Requirements:

v Some travel may be required within Canada and USA (10%) for training

v Role is remote and suitable home office space is required

v Role will be sitting for extended period of time (6+ hours per day)
