We are currently looking for a Leasing Manager who will cover the entire Houston area down to the Bay area.  You will be provided with a company vehicle, gas card and cell phone.

Rental Sales

1.     Assist in developing and implementing a leasing sale and marketing plan.

2.     Develop and use a systematic approach to leasing sales calls utilizing telemarketing, mailers, and personal customer visits.

3.     Develop and maintain relationships with large volume leasing customers.

4.     Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management as required.

5.     Establish Idealease rates for various equipment types through market analysis.

6.     Maintain a customer/ prospect sales database.


Department and Personnel Management

1.     Utilize daily yard check to focus marketing efforts on excess and under-utilized equipment.

2.     Compare actual financial results monthly to the Business Plan and initiate corrective action as needed to ensure gross margin goals are accomplished.

3.     Create a professional environment to assure cleanliness, safety, and customer focus.

4.     Communicate and cooperate with all department managers and personnel.

5.     Assist in collection of past due invoices as needed.

6.     Safeguard company assets by maintaining strong internal controls.

7.     Understand company policies and procedures and assure that they are understood and followed by all personnel.


Leadership, Personal Development and Conduct

1.     Communicate and cooperate with all departments.

2.     Attend company meetings as required.

3.     Handle all employee and customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.

4.     Any other duties assigned by the Idealease General Manager.

7.     Complete assigned tasks within allotted time frame.

9.     Always interact with customers professionally and courteously.
