Description & Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team and grow into an Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager role!  If you are Customer Focused, Hungry to provide great service and Motivated to move to the next level, this is a great opportunity for you! 

Our Service Advisors works in a very busy dealership and acts as the liaison between customers and the service technicians. The service advisor communicates with customers to determine their vehicular problems and the repair timeline and provides the technicians with accurate repair descriptions about the customers' concerns. Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Produce and service vehicle work order
  • Provide superior Customer Service
  • Provide Estimates and Customer follow up
  • Greeting customers
  • Communicating to technicians
  • Overseeing and managing work orders and workflows.
  • Responsible for the receipt and flow of all incoming work, communication with customers and constant communication with all other internal departments
  • Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain all specific vehicle/customer information required for proper repairs, contacting customer and invoicing
  • Write up customers vehicle issues and concerns or maintenance requirements accurately and clearly.
  • Obtain customer signature on the repair order and provide customer a copy of the repair order.
  • Must be able to understand, communicate, and evaluate all vendors and international warranty guidelines, approval processes and policies during the write up and repair process.
  • Establish customers’ method of payment, purchase order requirements and estimate requirements if needed at time of write up.
