What You’ll Do  

As the Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with Clients and Candidates in the planning, scheduling, coordination, communication, and proactive execution of hiring processes to ensure candidates get jobs.  You will work with Account Executives, Clients, and Recruiters to proactively manage the hiring process with clients.  After fee’s have been negotiated with clients and they are ready for Orion’s support you will reach out to clients to ensure there is a well-defined hiring process and schedule


Administratively you will take inputs from clients and account executives to create job descriptions, file them in our system, and update the tracking of candidates through various stages of the interview pipeline.  Once Orion’s recruiters submit candidates, you will screen and schedule candidates for interviews.  After each candidate interview you will conduct interview feedback with the client and follow up with the candidates to get their feedback as well.  In this role you will support multiple AEs simultaneously (3-5) coordinating 20-40 interviews/wk on average, maybe more.

Who You Are 
  • You’re a people person. You’re comfortable interacting on a regular basis with Orion candidates and clients via both phone, email, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and in-person customer service calls as required.  

  • You’re a dynamic communicator and excellent at proactively managing process.  You will need to give excellent customer service that is results oriented while at the same time driving process to ensure hiring processes are conducted efficiently with minimum surprises, hiccups, or delays.   At Orion we use the phrase “politely persistent” : )

  • You’re tech-savvy. You're proficient with computer systems, including the full MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access), and demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and master company-specific software and intranet systems 

  • You’re thorough and detail-oriented.  You have top-notch time management and organizational skills; you’re a pro at multitasking, you have an eye for quality, and you love to impose order over chaos.  

You’re positive and proactive. You like to take initiative, lead the charge, and you take pride in your work. You tend to see the bright side of things and inspire others to do the same!

Basic Qualifications  

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong technological competencies  
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills 
  • Demonstrated history of success 
  • Fierce and competitive spirit

Preferred  Qualifications
  • Previous Account Management/Sales Admin/ or Recruiting Coordination
  • Experience working on a distributed team
